About the role
Binance is a leading global blockchain ecosystem behind the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume and registered users. We are trusted by 300+ million people in 100+ countries for our industry-leading security, user fund transparency, trading engine speed, deep liquidity, and an unmatched portfolio of digital-asset products. Binance offerings range from trading and finance to education, research, payments, institutional services, and more. Our mission is to increase the freedom of money and financial access for people around the world.
About the Role
Join Binance's localization operations team, the function that makes our products, content, and communications feel native in every market we serve. This role sits where human expertise meets AI: you will coordinate the external translators and agencies who produce our localized content, and act as the quality gate for AI-generated translations before they reach users. It is a role for someone who catches the sentence that reads slightly wrong, and who wants to see how a global exchange scales content across dozens of languages without losing precision.
What You'll Do
• Coordinate external translators, freelancers, and agencies through the delivery cycle: brief them on product context, terminology, and requirements, answer their questions, and follow up on progress.
• Review AI-generated translations against source content and human reference translations, flagging meaning errors, omissions, terminology inconsistencies, and unnatural phrasing.
• Document and categorize quality issues so they feed back into prompt, model, and workflow improvements, and re-validate quality after each update.
• Maintain glossaries, style guides, and translation reference materials so internal and external contributors work from one standard. Track localization requests end to end, from intake through delivery, keeping requesters and stakeholders informed of status.
• Support operational reporting on localization volume, turnaround, and quality, and take on ad hoc tasks across the localization workflow.
What We're Looking For
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in Translation, Linguistics, English, Business, or a related field.
• Native-level Chinese and strong written English, with the ability to compare two language versions of the same content line by line and judge which reads more natural.
• Interest in AI translation, LLMs, and language technologies.
• Available 5 days per week for a minimum of 6 months.
Nice to Haves
• Experience in translation, localization, content operations, or project coordination.
• Experience working with translators, freelancers, or translation agencies.
• Familiarity with AI translation tools, ChatGPT, or other LLM-based applications.
Why Binance
• Shape the future of finance
• Collaborate with world-class talent in a user-centric global organization with a flat structure
• Tackle challenging projects in a fast-paced and innovative enviornment with autonomy
• Thrive in a results-driven workplace with opportunities for career growth and continuous learning
• Competitive salary and company benefits
• Remote-first, work-from-home arrangement (may vary depending on the nature of the role and team)
