About the Company You will be joining a fast-growing, founder-led European signage company that designs, produces and installs custom branded signs and visual identity systems for businesses of every size, from start-ups to global brands. Growing 40–50% year-on-year, the company is on its way to becoming the first marketing-led player in a complex, traditionally offline industry. Its websites and online configurators are where most customer journeys begin, so the focus now is on turning them into even stronger digital sales engines.

The Role As Product & CRO Manager, you will own the company’s websites, landing pages and lead funnels across its brands, and help shape the build of a new product configurator. This is a hands-on ownership role: you decide what to test, write the copy, shape the experience with a designer and AI tools, and turn data and customer insight into measurable gains in conversion.

You’ll report to the CEO and work closely with Performance Marketing, Content, Design and Tech. This role is ideal for a creative, analytically strong and entrepreneurial marketer who wants to own conversion rates end to end and moves fast without waiting to be managed.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the company’s websites, landing pages and conversion funnels

• Design intuitive, visually strong web experiences that convert, working alongside a designer and AI tools

• Plan, build and analyse A/B tests on full pages and individual sections

• Write sharp headlines, USPs, CTAs and website copy that turn visitors into customers

• Plan and develop SEO pages with support from the copywriting team

• Help shape the experience and build of a new online product configurator

• Run customer surveys and user research independently, and translate data and insights into prioritised growth experiments

• Drive execution across Performance Marketing, Content, Design and Tech, and report on the impact of every change

Ideal Candidate

• 3–5 years of experience in digital product management, growth design, CRO or e-commerce; exceptional candidates with less experience and a strong track record are also welcome

• Native German speaker with professional English, as website copy is a core part of the role

• Based in Berlin or willing to relocate, for a hybrid set-up

• Excellent UX/UI understanding and a strong aesthetic sense

• A proven talent for concise, sales-driven web copy and persuasive messaging

• Strong analytical thinking and commercial understanding: you tie every change back to conversion and revenue

• Uses AI tools natively in day-to-day work, from research to copy to design

• Entrepreneurial and self-directed: sets clear priorities, owns outcomes and doesn’t wait to be told what’s next
