Your impact

As CRM Manager – Lifecycle & Engagement (f/m/d) at 7NXT Health Group, you design and optimise end-to-end lifecycle experiences across our brands and markets. You build habit-forming journeys that convert, engage and retain users at scale — combining behavioural science, data-driven experimentation and high-quality communication across Gymondo, 7Mind, Buddyfit and Preneo. You have a high degree of ownership within CRM, work with short decision cycles and have the space to experiment and make a real impact on millions of users.

What you’ll drive

• You build, launch and optimise lifecycle campaigns across email, push, in-app and web

• You operate confidently within Braze, using advanced segmentation, journey orchestration and structured testing

• You improve early-lifecycle performance through onboarding, activation, trial conversion and reactivation flows

• You apply behavioural principles to increase engagement and reduce early drop-off

• You identify commercial opportunities through experimentation and data-driven analysis

• You collaborate cross-functionally with creative, analytics and market teams to deliver high-quality, timely lifecycle communication

• You translate insights into clear, actionable improvements that drive both engagement and revenue

What defines you

Must-have

• Deep hands-on experience with Braze — advanced expertise clearly demonstrated; certification is a plus (Braze Certified Marketer, Digital Strategist or Practitioner)

• Proven track record in B2C mobile apps, ideally with large user funnels and fast CRM velocity

• Experience in subscription models and free-to-paid lifecycle strategies

• Familiarity with high-intensity activation approaches: frequent early touchpoints, strong value framing and conversion-driven communication as used by top subscription apps

• A habit-building mindset: you think in triggers, routines and motivation loops

• Analytical and experimentation-driven, with the ability to interpret lifecycle data and turn insights into action

• Strong communication instincts and the ability to craft clear, motivating messages

• Fluent German, preferably native

• Fluent English

Nice-to-have

• Experience applying behavioural science to lifecycle design

• Exposure to pricing, paywall or offer testing

• Experience working across multiple European markets or languages
